We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.
• For orders within India, we offer free shipping. However, for orders below Rs. 500/- we levy a shipping fee of Rs.100/-. For international deliveries, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs.15,000/- and on orders below Rs.15,000/- we charge a small amount for shipping.
• For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
• All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
• International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
• For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
• Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
• We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including FedEx, UPS and Delhivery.
• We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
• At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. Shipping Restriction
Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. This is in line with international standards of shipping. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to You. If You have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then You accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Us of Our obligation.
